"What does the Israeli government look like from the Prime Minister's Office?"

Barak Hershkovitz worked at the "Aquarium," the Israeli Prime Minister's Office, after a decade of work with politicians, government offices, local authorities, and public bodies.

He served during PM Bennett’s administration and managed the government's public relations and press relations for covid-19. He was completely skeptical about the possibility of leading significant projects, as he knew how slow and inefficient the government can be. To his surprise, he discovered it could be different.

Barak built a public and press relations system that quickly achieved ambitious goals and garnered praise.

  • What does the government look like from the inside?

  • What does working alongside a prime minister during an emergency period look like?

  • Why, in many areas, is it so unprofessional and weak?

  • How can successful changes be led within the existing government?
